Jemelec offers a range of Portable Generator Training Sets for training technicians and engineers to operate and synchronise generators with each other and the grid. All instrumentation required is built into the integral control panel and the set includes a 9 kVA motor-generator to emulate the steam or gas-turbine unit in a power station. These units are designed to work with the Brush Prismic range of AVRs, thus ensuring a realistic training experience. Support for other AVRs can be provided by arrangement. Super-silent running enables use in the classroom or lecture theatre.
